Meet Anne
Anne Barnhart, 500RYT
After several years of teaching group fitness classes, Anne wanted to look at “fitness” from a more holistic point of view. As part of her journey she began exploring yoga and self-discovery through instructors at the Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health.
