She studied with Trinity School of Natural Health to become a holistic health coach while also training with Evolutionary Education as a yoga instructor. She is a practicing Reiki master believing in the power of energetic healing to facilitate the body’s natural ability to self-heal and is always looking to further her knowledge in every way God has given us to heal and strengthen our whole selves.
