Brian Peace: Reiki Master, Death Doula

My name’s Brian Peace, and I am a certified reiki master and death/end-of-life doula.  I have been doing empathic advising and energy work since my early 20s and became a Reiki Master in 2023. I use reiki to support clients on a variety of levels including mental, spiritual, emotional, and physical.

 My Reiki journey began when I retired as a high school ELA educator. I was at a junction in my life where I was ready for a change. Once I incorporated reiki into my routine, it was transformational for me and gave me a new perspective on life.  Reiki has brought me inner peace and balance, which I enjoy granting to others.

In my role as a death doula, I have worked with several individuals and families over the years to help them plan for and come to terms with the concept and reality of death.  I take a holistic, empathetic approach to helping people review their lives in order to come to terms with life disappointments and celebrate their successes.  I help plan wills, advance directives, assist with life reviews and legacy work, help with vigil planning and support, perform funeral planning, and provide aftercare for loved ones.
