Janine’s philosophy for health and wellbeing is to take the whole person into consideration for each and every session. Give each client the tools they need to succeed in a pain-free life. Individual goals, health history, and feedback are used to create a personalized health plan. A variety of techniques and modalities are employed  to give the best results possible. The modalities she may incorporate include: Swedish Relaxation techniques, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myo-fascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and/or Reflexology. Even if the goal is strictly relaxation, every client should leave feeling wonderful and knowing they have made a positive impact on their overall health and wellbeing.

This type of  massage combines movement and still point therapy (shiatsu) in a soothing warm water environment. Currently available on Friday mornings @ 10:30. One on One, hour long session for $100.
