Traditional Kung Fu and Tai Chi
Our lineage traces back to the original Shaolin Temple. Shaolin Kung Fu focuses on both internal and external styles.
Internal
The internal aspects of the Shaolin art include Tai Chi, known as meditation in motion, and many other internal systems including Pa Kua, Hsing-I, and more. These internal arts focus on meditation and breathwork which is the foundation of these practices.
External
The external aspects of Kung Fu include styles from both Northern and Southern China. We teach various animal styles such as tiger, crane, mantis, and many more. We also offer weapon training, including the 18 classical weapons such as staff, nunchucks, broadsword, spear, and chain-whip along with others.
